Quality designs to tailor your needs.
I am a student who loves graphic design. A lot. So whether you need an entire website, a poster, or just a simple logo, I will work tirelessly to provide you with the material you need to send a powerful and professional message. What's more, I will work with you every step of the way to ensure that the final product is what you want. Check out some of my work below, and see for yourself.

Websites
Ridge Road UCC Although not my most recent website, this is perhaps my most involved. From its unique parallax scrolling effect and auto-hiding information boxes (coded in javascript) to its stylized forms and custom google calendar skin, this site was created with an attention to detail that is evident to whomever uses it. Utilizing simple, flat glyphs and a dual-tone blue and grey color scheme, the graphics were designed in Photoshop to be subtle and modern without detracting from the traditional image and feel of the church. The layout of the site is equally purposeful, created in a manner that allows full responsiveness. This means that the site will change in layout and scale as a user resizes the page or views the same website from a mobile device, thus adding a layer of accessibility and professionalism. Although created over a year ago, I remain active in the maintenance and creation of its content.

Aluminum Wheel Technologies The design for AWT’s website is radically different from what I have done before. Due to the limited amount of content available, we decided on a simple one-page design that consolidates all the information and functionality of the site into a small, easy to use landing page. The purpose of this website is not to tell viewers about how all the services are provided, but rather to familiarize possible clients with the company and its general business, and to provide an easy means of contact. The graphics of the site are minimal and sharp-cornered, reflecting the industrial nature of the business.

NHH Custom Rebuilders The website for NHH Custom Rebuilders was one of the first I’ve ever built, and as such is also the simplest. With only a few pages and a minimal number of features (namely the flash photo slideshow), it serves as little more than a landing page to showcase the houses currently being renovated. I recently updated the site with improved graphics, including subtle textures, curved corners, and an overall simpler layout.

Animations
PingPong440
jwplayer("animationsvideoplaceholder1").setup({ file:"Videos/PingPong440blue.ogv", autostart: "true", sources: [{ file: "Videos/PingPong440blue.ogv", width: "100%", height: "100%" },{ file: "Videos/PingPong440blue.mp4", width: "100%", height: "100%" }], height: "100%", image: "res/anim/pingpong440.jpg", width: "100%" }); This is a simple animation I made as an intro animation for a friend's YouTube channel. The background, which has a sort of felt texture, was made in Photoshop, while the foreground was animated in After Effects and uses Trapcode's Particular plugin for the white particle effects. The design is based off an earlier intro animation at technobuffalo.com.
SBDC
jwplayer("animationsvideoplaceholder4").setup({ file:"Videos/SBDC.ogv", autostart: "true", sources: [{ file: "Videos/SBDC.ogv", width: "100%", height: "100%" },{ file: "Videos/SBDC.mp4", width: "100%", height: "100%" }], height: "100%", image: "res/anim/sbdc.jpg", width: "100%" }); This intro animation was created for a YouTube video and DVD publication. The logo, which is a one-off created from the union of the initials of the two people who edited the subsequent video, was designed in Photoshop and animated in After Effects. The particle effect was accomplished without the use of third-party plugins like Trapcode Particular. The audio was edited from a longer score taken from a free online database.
Chariot Races
jwplayer("animationsvideoplaceholder5").setup({ file:"Videos/ChariotRaces.ogv", autostart: "true", sources: [{ file: "Videos/ChariotRaces.ogv", width: "100%", height: "100%" },{ file: "Videos/ChariotRaces.mp4", width: "100%", height: "100%" }], height: "100%", image: "res/anim/chariotraces.jpg", width: "100%" }); This animation, designed to resemble that of a movie trailer, was created using elements formed in Autodesk 3ds Max. The letters were rotated in 3d space, and the subsequent footage was exported to Adobe After Effects for color correction and a lens flare. The clip was used in a teaser trailer for an upcoming production.
Random Fish Inc.
jwplayer("animationsvideoplaceholder2").setup({ file: "Videos/Random%20Fish%20Intro.ogv", autostart: "true", sources: [{ file: "Videos/Random%20Fish%20Intro.ogv", width: "100%", height: "100%" },{ file: "Videos/Random%20Fish%20Intro.mp4", width: "100%", height: "100%" }], height: "100%", image: "res/anim/randomfish.jpg", width: "100%" }); This is another YouTube intro animation I made for a friend a few years ago. It is one of my earliest examples of work with Adobe After Effects, and as such was not made in 720p. It also represents the first time I used Trapcode's Particular plugin, which is responsible for the particle and glow effects.
Vita Max!
jwplayer("animationsvideoplaceholder3").setup({ file: "Videos/Vita%20Max%20WAD.ogv", autostart: "true", sources: [{ file: "Videos/Vita%20Max%20WAD.ogv", width: "100%", height: "100%" },{ file: "Videos/Vita%20Max%20WAD.mp4", width: "100%", height: "100%" }], height: "100%", image: "res/anim/vitamax.jpg", width: "100%", stretching: "fill" }); This is a showcase video I made a few years ago for a custom user interface for Windows Mobile. I included it just as a concept demo. Made using Adobe After Effects & Photoshop and captured off a Windows Mobile Emulator.
Branding
St. Ignatius High School These are the designs for a couple of t-shirts I designed for my high school. The first was for the school’s French students for World Languages Week. It has a grungy design that superimposes the Eiffel Tower and the French flag, with text in “Serifa Std”. It uses only three colors for easy printing. The second and third images are the front and back of a t-shirt designed for the winners of the annual class competition. Every student in the winning class received a dark blue t-shirt with a grungy lapel design and minimal rear design in gold (to match the school colors of blue and gold).
Aluminum Wheel Technologies As a relatively new startup, I was responsible for designing all the branding for AWT, including the logo and website. For the logo, we decided on a brushed-aluminum icon design that reflects the focus of the business. The text of the logo uses a modified form of “TR”, a boxy and sharp font-face that again mirrors the industrial nature of the company. I also had the opportunity to design their business cards which, like the website, use a modern and minimal, black and orange color scheme.
Ridge Road UCC As much of the branding for RRUCC already existed, I did not need to create new logo or icon, and instead simply updated the existing ones to match the rest of the website they wanted me to build. I was also responsible for creating a print brochure (not pictured here), which was made in a similar style to the website and incorporated the updated logo. It features, on the cover, a full-page photo of the church in a similar fashion to the homepage of their website, and the content uses the same font-families: Bell MT, Times New Roman Italic, DistrictThin. The overall effect is that the branding material appears equally traditional and modern.
